Stops rolling
Loved the roller, but my long hair got caught on the side of wheel and stopped the wheels turning, and there is no way to get hair out, rendering the device useless.

I've seen this on YouTube. A plastic surgeon was suggesting it. It was hard to believe that an $8.00 roller makes a difference, but if you use it on weekly bases, surprisingly enough it makes a difference

A nice tool to freshen your skin
I got this roller to try on my face. I occasionally get small hairs around the edge of my hairline on the sides and under my chin and I wanted to see how this would work for that. I like it! At first, I wasn't sure how the tiny bristles would work on my skin work on my skin because it is so sensitive or if it would leave red marks. It does take a little bit to get used to the feel of it when using it but there were no problems with irritation or redness afterwards. I am happy with how it works.
