Bought this smart TV for the bedroom. Was not expecting to much for the price. Took less than half an hour to connect to our Virgin TV box and to the WiFi network. Written instructions was brief but the installation instructions on screen were pretty good. Sound and picture quality were good. I was really pleased this had an Amazon prime button on the remote control to watch movies (need to be a prime member) also plenty of other apps to download. All in all really happy with this purchase from Amazon. Rated five stars for everything including next day delivery..

Works well with Alexa. Works well with apps. The remote is easy to use and it even comes packed with batteries. So thoughtful. The settings menu is easy and intuitive. There's also a help section in case you need it. I'm not listening on its speakers , which aren't so great, but more than decent for a tv, I keep my echo dot connected to it for sound. In a word I love this baby. Netflix, Amazon. Everything works just fine after a month of daily use.

Picture is good, app management pretty poor and you can’t load Amazon prime onto it. Sry annoying high pitch wine from the cheap power supply inside it, the dvd audio is particularly poor

Bought this as a xmas present for my parents, The picture is excellent and have also shown them how to cast from their phone they love this tv, not used the DVD so can't comment on that. However great value and the sound quality is actually better than I expected better than a lot of other TVs I have heard in this class.

Bought as a replacement bedroom TV, not used the DVD yet so unable to comment. Set up was easy including connecting to my prime account and internet. Picture quality and sound are adequate. The remote feels light and cheap but it does the job. Please with the purchase for the price, it suits my needs. Fast delivery.

I use for Netflix and catchup and it works perfectly. Its a great size for the bedroom and the sound is as good as expected. Really quick and easy to set up.

Picture great, sound quality great & DVD player a bonus. a great price too.Unfortunately, I could not Freeview to work and was constantly resetting (switching off & on again).Just returned to Hermes for a refund (not easy I had to visit 4 Hermes pickup shops before I found one capable of scanning a QR code) 2 calls to Amazon who gave me shops full of ignorami that couldn't analyze their way out of a wet paper bag) Oh well at least I have a root canal filling at 10 am to look forward to.
