Quiet and easy to use.
My lab isn’t particularly touchy about her feet but is sensitive to noises. This is fairly quiet and she has allowed me to use it without protesting or pulling away. However my sister’s small dog ran as fast and as far as she could. The shape makes it easy to maneuver and it appears to hold a charge for a long time. I’m very happy I purchased this product as it does the job well with minimal fuss from my dog.

I live alone, and my Dog struggles, but it can help me solve the problem of dog nail trimming.
I live alone, and my Dog struggles, but it can help me solve the problem of dog nail trimming. It has decent power in RPM but not all that much in torque, and is a lot quieter than I expected. There are two openings, one on top for the main grinding, and one on the side for shaping. You can also remove the top cover to reveal the entire grinding head Unfortunately they are the same grit. With only two hands, it's hard to hold the dog, hold her paw, If you use dog nail grinder alone ,You need to use the equipment for a long time, or use very much pressure to keep it quickly trim the nails, so that the grinding head and nail rubbing will produce an unpleasant smell, which will make the dog feel more fearful and struggling. for a long time Grinding can cause overload operation and reduce service life. In order to quickly trim my nails, I will use the dog's nail clipper to subtract the top part, then use the dog nail grinder to smooth and avoid long-term use. get the job done quickly without overloading the device before Suggestions: It would be nice if the top of the disk was a higher grit to quickly get the nail down and the sides to smooth and shape. (It may well be that way, but if so, there isn't enough difference to matter Much) Other than that, it does what it is supposed to do, I just have a skittish doggo. But he can let me do all the work very quickly.

Works great
MY dog hates his nails trimmed it takes literally 3 people at the vet to hold my 5lb dog ... so i took a gamble on this product cause he will let me hand file his nails.. and yes it worked cause the motor is quiet and he doesn't mind me using this ... i gave it 4 star cause the motor could be a bit more powerful but if you go slow with it and don't put a lot of pressure it works great i actually give this product a 4.5 star.. i would recommend this product on toy size to small medium dogs.. and i do recommend the seller 5 star for seller

Reasonable price
Clippers take longer to file the nail down unless I'm not doing it right

Mani Pedi day for 3 Amigos
I've got three chihuahuas that can't stand to have their nails clipped - one of them actually screams when the clippers get near her (she's a drama queen) - the other two squirm and wrestle with me while I try to clip their nails with regular clippers. The Kissin Dog Nail Clippers came today and we had a day of beauty. The Kissin Dog Nail Clipper is so quiet, there was no hide and seek game - they didn't run from the sound. This grinder couldn't be more quiet, which is great with a dog that shakes at every noise - he was curious but allowed me to press the grinder to his nail. My screamer wrestled a bit, but no screams, no nipping at my hand. My third dog was "ok" with it. I am positive that with regular use, they're going to become accustomed to it and we'll avoid having to pay $18 a piece at the vet for nail clippings - so this was an excellent purchase from an economical standpoint I'm happy it came with some pretty heavy duty regular guillotine style clippers and a nail file as well. The Kissin Dog grinder can be plugged into a USB port to recharge (cord included). The grinder is lightweight and very comfortable to hold. If you have larger dogs, or several dogs of different sizes, there different grinder exposures to accomodate different size nails. Seems very sturdy and well made.

Would not recommend
The manual clipper spring kept falling out. I tried putting it back in numerous times an it would not stay in. Very hard to open an close, have to use quite a bit of pressure.. the nail files work alright.

Try something else.
Essentially, the only usable part of this entire product I got is the nail trimmer. I bought this to help grind down nails on both/either my 10lb dog or my 80lb dog. The grinder does absolutely nothing to either of their nails. I tried for up to about 90 seconds on a single nail and it’s just not powerful enough to make a difference. The nail clipper is good I suppose.

Great nail trimming kit
My dog hates having her nails trimmed but she doesn't mind this at all. I trimmed her nails fairly short with a regular clippers to begin with and I now use this weekly to keep them short. A little desensitization training at first is helpful. I started by just turning it on and then giving her a treat. After doing this a few times, I tried it on her nails-just one foot at a time and then I would give her a break. I did all 4 feet by the end of the day this way. She really just didn't pay any attention to it at all. Now I can do all 4 feet at the same time and she just lays there. I do think it would be difficult to start with long nails and trim them short with this, but it is great used regularly to keep them short once you have trimmed them short with a traditional trimmer.
