$7.28 or $748 per 1 dozen eggs - now depending on how many you purchase in bulk (6 or 12) and they don't taste like fresh eggs a bit but if you are like me and can't drive to buy groceries this is it if you want to bake or make something that reminds you of eating real eggs. Pro tip: add some milk to them, slather with cheese and if you bake a mini crustless quiche, line your silicone cupcake cup with garlic butter (Chef Shammy works for me).

I would not keep in a hot trunk even tho it is dried eggs, I would not keep flour or any food store ver a 100 degrees

no. in fact they keep a very long time. we've had some of these packets stored for a couple of years without issue. they smell like fresh eggs.

Q: Can I make omelets or brownies with this?

I make omelets all the time with OvaEasy, but I have yet to use it in any baking. I suspect it will work very well though. The omelets are excellent by the way.
