RUGD Sports: Golf Swing Training Aid and Correction for Tempo, Strength & Flexibility

This product really helped me develop a smoothness and tempo in my swing that I did not have before. I used the 40" model because it is closer the length of my irons. I am a 5 11" male if that helps

I use this before rounds all the time. Helps me loosen up and get my tempo in sync. I have tried the orange one and other whip products, but this one is better in my humble opinion because its heavier and will help to build those golf muscles. I have two golf buddies that have picked this up as well and they love it too.

A very good timing and tempo swing aid.As a senior golf that struggles with follow thru/finish the swing it it great.It helped to lower my score the first game after using it only a very short time.One word of caution- don't over swing if you have any back issues as it does cause some twisting about your hips- be gentle, don't rush it.Would be nice if instruction for use or a link to a YouTube instruction video was included

Very useful for stretching and tempo exercises, heavy enough to make you work a bit. I bought this based on price only after trying the SKILZ Goldflex product at a nearby golf shop. In my opinion, this product is equal with the Goldflex at a cheaper price and it comes with a pretty decent "head" cover. I think that this feels a bit heavier than the SKILZ unit, which suits me well. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I've been golfing for 40 years and this is the best training aid I've ever used. It teaches you how a great golf swing should feel. If you use it before a round to warm up, it makes your swing so natural. I'm getting much more distance and accuracy.

5 to 7 swings with this thing is like hitting 20 warm up balls. It also effortlessly creates a perfect swing plane which you can take right to the 1st tee - highly recommended!!!

I really like it. No different than the orange whip a couple of friends have. Great for tempo and warming up.

This training aid is amazing! After you use it for 20 swings, your driver like a feather and the driving distance increases 10-20 yard instantly. Two days after I used it, I broke my record shat shot 82 on blue tee, which was my best score ever :) I wish that I bought it earlier!
