I want to fill my tub with Gelatin for the kids. Will this work?

It will work just swell. Then you will have to hire 2 plumbers and a construction crew to fix all the plumbing problems. At least the kids had fun, eh?

No - they are not selling it using deceptive pseudoscience advertising like "organic" or "non-GMO"

Where does this product rate on the bloom scale?

there are so many strange answers on here. powdered Knox is around 200-225 bloom, between gold and platinum sheet gelatin.

..has anyone tried/used this in place of Agar?

I've tried to use Agar in place of this. They are not equal replacements, at all.
