A Little to small
I bought this as I have a few other single strap rings. I would say that I am an average size guy and this one just does not fit. Took me about 20 min to get the first strap around and another 5 to get the other one. If the product was just 2 more buttons larger always around I think I could have given it a 5-star review.

The first two rings are fine enough and fun. The part with the leash attachment is the problem. I am of average size and my member won't stay inside the leash strap. Look at the picture, no way any one could stay contained by this strap, nothing to keep you snug in there

verdict
Just a set of mismatched leather (-like) bands stitched together -- nothing more, nothing less. Mine had a way-too-short middle strip which would barely go around the scrotum. Granted, the material stretches somewhat -- but then metal fasteners themselves pop out...Overall verdict: meh..

The ideas of buttons are locking two ends of something together ...
Buttons did not snap together so it never stayed strapped..so therefore is didn't work
