Review: Better than 99% of other channel knives - The deep "V" shaped cut this makes when used on citrus fruits is excellent for bar garnish twists. Garnish cut with this doesn't break easily when expressed and has more pith on the back side compared to those made with a combo channel knife/zester. The rectangular cut version of this is better IMO, but costs more and ships from France, so probably not worth the cost/wait for most.
