Very good for a mid day snack. Keeps me full. Not as sweet as the peach, which is nice! You have to knead it a bit and suck hard. Consistency of jello you are sucking thru a narrow top.

Great low cal snack but a weird little after taste
Great way for people with a sweet tooth to snack. I’ve been trying to lose weight. I haven’t really been working out or anything, just changed my diet a bit. Instead of my regular snacks and breakfast, I just eat these. It’s a little weird taste and texture but it tastes pretty good.
