Muck Boots Chore Classic
These Muck Boots Chore Classic wellies are great for keeping your feet dry and comfortable. The waterproofing is excellent, and the breathable lining helps to manage sweat, which is a big plus. They’re also very sturdy, thanks to the reinforced fronts. They’re incredibly comfortable if you’re walking long distances or wearing for an extended period of time. They’re excellent for outdoor work or general use in poor weather - recommended, they’re very good value for money as made to last.

Excellent - better than Aigle!
Brilliant! Bought these, as well as the Regular & Vario Aigle Parcours (the latter 2 are identical apart from the obvious expansion tab and the logo on the front.) Muck Boots Chore win hands down! They are easier to put on and off, the neoprene at the top flexed to allow for jeans/different sized calves (no need for rubber tab), they were SO much more comfortable underfoot - like night and day, and warmer, and a slightly wider tread so I felt more steady when walking over uneven ground. Muck boots were also far more reinforced at the toe (not steel cap) and heel and all round the rubber felt thicker - like it would withstand sharp sticks poking when walking through undergrowth. Tread is so much thicker too. Hradly feel stones underneath. So.... I have sent the 2 x Parcours back and am keeping the Muckers!

Great boots
These boots are smart and practical. Protect the toes when working outside and unlike other "wellies" keep feet warm. The flexible neoprane on the top half is much more comfortable than standard wellies. I found the hi ones a little to high so exchanged for the mid height. The seller was great - boots were dispatched quickly and although I had to return for refund and buy the mid length all went smoothly.

Nice Boots so far
June 2016. Before ordering I read a number of reveiws on these boots, a majority of which were positive and rated them highly, but a small number were less favourable, listing problems with build quality and issues with the manufactorers when these problems were reported. After much deliberation I decided to take the plunge. My initial opinion is they appear to be very well made, which at this sort of price point you would be in your rights to expect, and they seem tough and therefore hopefully durable. The fit is a little looser than I would have liked but I think the next size down would have been too small. The solution is a good pair of boot socks and an additional inner sole which makes the boots more snug and even more comfortable. To sum up, at the moment I am happy with my purchase, but only time will tell. It's not really the right time of for boots but I hope to be able to give an update review after a few months of wear and a few miles of walking.Winters here and the boots are coming into their own, putting them on most days for my lunchtime walk and am glad I have them. Still cosy, comfortable and warm, a pleasure to wear. Best winter foot wear I've bought.

Overpriced - Poor Quality - Living off previous good reputation - Leaked from day 1
Whilst comfy, warm & dry (until they weren't) the first pair only lasted about 14 months of use before the heel split and let in water. Not sure I wanted to spend that amount of money again on something with such poor life span, I put it down to bad luck, so bought another exact same, knowing I liked the fit & feel. They leaked on day 1!Somewhat annoyed, I contacted Muck Boots UK, who clearly replied with a semi-standard response, without actually reading the email, which failed to address the issues, let alone my concerns about buying another pair. Displaying their finest customer service, they pointed me in the direction of their website, to the 'Care Guide' like that was going to help with the faulty seams & lack of quality control :-(Anyway, seems like a common issue, when you have a look at the reviews left on their website.Sadly, another company who have gained a good reputation through producing a quality boot (in the past) only to farm it out to the Far-East (in mass production & profit - not that everything from there is poor) only for the quality to dwindle.

Fantastic boots. The best I've ever had
I wanted to put these boots to work in most conditions before writing a review. I was impressed from opening the box and I'm still impressed. They fit well (although you will need a size bigger than your normal shoe size) and I have big legs, they are warm, robust and comfy. Please don't think that these boots are having an easy life, the're not. I have a small holding and we are knee high in mud. If you have horses you know just how much mud and how deep it gets but the real test has been since the weather condition have got colder. Frozen ruts of mud. Fantastic and well worth the money. I have never spent so much on boots but I will be ordering my hubby some when his old pair fail

Sure footed
Had these a little while now, so feel I can review. Use them for waking the dog, about 3 miles a day. They are quite tight around the leg, in fact so tight that at first my husband had to help me take them off but they have now loosened sufficiently to remove them myself. Being so tight means they are quite warm. One of the best things about them is their secure footing. This winter has thrown a bit of everything at us, but due to the tread and the separate heel I’ve stayed on my feet, something I didn’t do with my old wellies. So, all in all very happy with them, yes they are expensive and I can only hope they last well

Comfortable warm boot, not as well made as they used to be
Very comfortable, well insulated and robust. However the taping of the seams is not done well and one boot is not fully waterproof wading through deep water. I am mainly using them for gardening and winter walks, and couldn’t face sending them back when the leak was apparent only a few wears (but nearly 6 months) after purchase. They are fine for most uses, but the last pair I had lasted 10 years of heavy wear before giving up, and my wife had similar issues with a pair she bought last year. A great product let down by poor quality control in manufacturing.
