Repeated contractions strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and thereby increasing the muscles are actively controlled. ## Features - Actively helps in the performance of the pelvic floor and strengthens the weakened pelvic floor muscles - It have a set of 4 tampon-shaped cones with different weights for insertion into the vagina - An introduced kone slides by the own weight and the special shape downward ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01BHN7SDK | | Batteries required | No | | Best Sellers Rank | #14,697 in Health ( See Top 100 in Health ) #5 in Pelvic Muscle Toners | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (1,923) | | Date First Available | 31 December 2023 | | Item Weight | 262 g | | Item model number | 701-00 | | Model number | 701-00 | | Number of items | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 14.71 x 8.1 x 3.1 cm; 262 g | | Target gender | Unisex | ## Images ![701-00 Pelvic Floor Training Aid Phase I Active - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/611PTtjGwvL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Toll gemacht *by T***R on 2 August 2026* Ich bin begeistert!
