these provide good support but will hurt the bottom of your feet when you work and walk for a living +10 hours a day

As insoles go for plantar fasciitis, these are working okay. I don't always have problems with plantar fasciitis, but when I do, it hurts like the dickens. These make my sneakers more comfortable and I can wear them longer than I can without the insoles, just for that reason, I am happy. I will be honest with you, when I saw the big "W" on the packaging, I thought that it stood for wide, but it is for women. Feel free to get the women's insoles. They are not wide sized and they can also be trimmed as needed.

After seeing the podiatrist, she informed me that something with a firmer, arch support would work better and she was right. This has a fairly soft heal cushion, but not enough support for the arch.

These helped a small amount, but did not offer a lot of relief. The heal support was a little weak for what I need.

They worked very well, fit good

These insoles were harder feeling than I thought they would be. I know they are to help support the foot and hopefully relieve the pain of Plantar Fasciitis. I ended up at a foot doctor with a boot and a shot--nothing really worked. I will say that going to a Acupuncturist is what worked for me and other people I know. I've never had the problem again. These insoles didn't work for me.

I'm glad I got these, I have been having issues with my leg(shin splint) and am trying to lose weight... I do Zumba and walk on the treadmill...after trying these insoles, I now have more support on my legs and knees. I feel a little bit taller and my feet don't hurt so much. Great for work, exercising, or whatever causes you to stay on your feet. The packaging didn't mention anything about rather I could wash this or not... Also, it doesn't make too much of a difference with socks on, just make sure they aren't too thick.I did not know that you could trim these to size!! I was wondering how an insole that ranged in size would fit into a shoe lol...well you have to read the packaging...don't worry, there isn't much to read...just about 3 bullet points...all you have to do is turn the insole over, find the number that is your shoe size...remember if you bought women or men...and trim the insole, with good scissors, to a size that is 1 larger than yours. Try it in your shoe...if it works...leave it be...if it doesn't, you'll know if it folds or has a lumpy feel, trim/cut along the given line to your actual size...let me tell you now that these insoles are right on the money with your shoe size...
