Helped a little
These helped a small amount, but did not offer a lot of relief. The heal support was a little weak for what I need.

They worked
They worked very well, fit good

Just OK
I have tried several brands of inserts. These are comfortable BUT very soft so f you want any support or protection for your heel whatsoever, forget it. That makes these just insoles more or less. They aren't any better than a cheap store brand.Like most brands, you can trim these to fit.Again, I think they are comfortable - just not sure they do any more than a piece of moleskin pad or a bandage. You may want to spend a buck or two more and get something semi-rigid or rigid but with a cushion like these have.

Feel good on my heels and the rest of my feet too
As insoles go for plantar fasciitis, these are working okay. I don't always have problems with plantar fasciitis, but when I do, it hurts like the dickens. These make my sneakers more comfortable and I can wear them longer than I can without the insoles, just for that reason, I am happy. I will be honest with you, when I saw the big "W" on the packaging, I thought that it stood for wide, but it is for women. Feel free to get the women's insoles. They are not wide sized and they can also be trimmed as needed.

Okay insoles but not much help
These really didn't do anything to help my fasciitis. They didn't hurt it but I could not tell any improvement in my condition from wearing these. Granted, mine is pretty severe so it might be past the point that insoles will improve the condition. Not bad insoles for regular wear though.

not supportive enough
My sister has suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for most of her life. At one point we both got MBT shoes but she didn't see much relief. These worked for a bit but my sister is a nurse and on her feet all day and these just didn't offer the support she needed. However, if she wore them on a day off and wasn't doing a lot of walking, they did help. It's also hard to cut it down to fit in her shoe - this fits 6-10 shoe size and she is a 7 so that's a lot to cut off, but it's diffiuclt as it's not a custom fit. But for what it is, it is helpful.

Working well in light sneakers for mild bouts of pain
I have periodic bouts with plantar fasciitis lately - seems like when it's just about gone, it flares up again to drive me nuts. I've just gotten into the habit of always keeping inserts in all of my shoes essentially in self defense at this point.I've been using these in a pair of simple little, unstructured, cloth Ked sneakers for around the house and yard work. The inserts are soft with extra cushion under the heels. There's a little bit of arch support here, but not much at all. The inserts do help, but if you have a serious problem with plantar fasciitis, you may need to consider a firmer, more stuructured insert with more arch support for daily use.

Too flimsy
After seeing the podiatrist, she informed me that something with a firmer, arch support would work better and she was right. This has a fairly soft heal cushion, but not enough support for the arch.
