Skull ShaverPitbull Gold PRO GX5 Head and face Shaver

The skull shaver was exactly as described. Purchased as a father's day present for my husband who shaves his head at least weekly, but is now shaving it at least every other night as the shaver is so easy to use. The shaver is made well, easy to hold, and so far the blades seem to be doing well overall. The shaver does not give as smooth a shave as a razor blade, but it does work very well for what it is. If you are expecting a smooth shave after, then stick with a razor blade, but if you are looking for an easy way to keep already shaved hair very short, this shaver is what you are looking for.

This just delivered to me this morning, and I figured I haven’t buzzed my head in about two days so I’ll try it out right away. Oh my God does this thing work great, just five minutes of your time and it feels like I used a straight razor to shave my head it gets such a good shave! Time will tell how long it lasts, but hopefully a long time because this is the best head shaver I’ve ever used. I have lots of scars on my head from reconstructive surgery as a kid, and this head shaver has no problem getting around the scars and still getting a really good cut. It gets such a close shave I can’t even feel stubble just a nice smooth dome!

Watch quite a few review videos and everyone rated this quite high and I can see why I really should have bought one of these things sooner This thing is really comfortable to use holding a either by the base or using the finger grooves. Gives an excellent shave and cleans up easily. I haven't had a single problem with hair pulling using it regularly. The only time I did have a little bit of hair pulling was the first time I used it but I really should have used a trimmer first to get down to something that this thing is designed for first. However it went through about 10 days worth of growth with no trouble. Totally recommend.

I was worried about buying this because of the hit or miss reviews about the quality. After using it almost every day for the past month I can say that it hasn't broken yet.My one complaint is that it does not give a close shave. Even after numerous passes in different directions and even circular motions. There is a visible stubble, and I can feel that my scalp isn't smoothly shaven. I end up still having to follow up with a blade. Maybe it's due to my hair type. I wet shave with a shaving lotion and have tried dry shaving as well. But I do wish that this head shaver gave me a smooth head shave without having to follow up with a blade.Overall I'm happy with the quality of the shaver. I just wish I got a closer shave.

I was hoping this would be a good skull shaver because the electric (N) I use on my face doesn’t to a good job.Holy Cow! This thing is incredible! Wet or dry I’m done in 2-3 minutes and my head is smooth and cool like the other side of the pillow!The attachment assortment available is massive and this truly might be the best multi use shaver/trimmer made. Worth every penny!

I bought a Freebird with the five blades previously and it was so annoying to clean because you had to flip open each cover and then twist of the middle one. This one just pops the whole blade cover off at once making it much easier to clean. This one also feels much better quality.

The products advertising accurately describes the product. It is the best electric shaver I've purchased in my 90 plus years. It shaves as well dry as wet. Very smoothly shaves neck, face and scalp. I bought the Pit Bull model.

I've found this shaver does a good job at keeping my dome hair free. However, inside 10 months, it started not turning off (and sometimes on).I reached out to support. I found them to be very responsive and helpful. They provided 3 options for getting my issue resolved. Cross ship, getting a replacement unit with a refreshed warranty (which was just as expensive as a brand new unit) and mail the old one in and wait on a new one were options presented to me.I chose cross ship. Unfortunately, their instructions were not entirely clear about what they needed back. While they did say "motor" only, it wasn't obvious that the piece between the motor and the blade was removable. So I ended up shipping the motor and transmission piece back to them. It wasn't clear that you could even remove the transmission piece.Support ended up shipping me a new transmission piece and blade so I had a complete usable device.Support definitely gets 5 stars!
