We purchased these glasses to add to our kids’ holiday dinner table and make it festive and bright. The glasses were of good quality and a perfect size for our children. Delivery was exactly as promised. Our only complaint is that one of the glasses did not light up. We replaced the batteries and then it worked.

I waited 7 days and 7 nights for one of them to be defective ..,..never again

These glasses are the best, with their sweet colors and three different settings (slow blink, faster blink and steady color), but it turns out that the customer service is stellar. One of my glasses was missing its round bottom cover and when I requested a replacement, I received a response several hours later and a shipment was sent out the very next day that more than rectified the situation. I rarely leave reviews for products purchased, but good karma is important to perpetuate. 🌌

Cups were broken. Was gift and no time to return or exchange

I ordered two boxes of 4 glasses each. One box was in good shape. The second box had two of the four glasses with bad batteries and did not light up. They were for a small gathering the night they arrived, with no time to get a replacement. Who has time or extra money to buy three replacement AG-13 batteries for each of the two defective glasses?
