Very picky dog loves these
Bones came fresh and still frozen packaged with a black ice. It takes hours for my dog to eat them and they're the only bones he will eat.

$25.00 to ship and unacceptable packaging
This package arrived with no insulation to maintain ice packs, which, unsurprisingly, were totally melted. Bones were still cool so I cooked them immediately so not to poison my family. And I paid an extra $25.00 for this lousy service. I will never order again. Would give zero stars if that option was available.

arrived defrosted and smelly!!! Cost me 60 dollars with shipping.... money thrown out the window!!! Shame!!!
