The joystick is nice. Holds the phone firmly. I love how it doesn't affect the volume and power buttons. However the suction cups make this not work. I will get random fires from the suction cups. Sometimes the trigger doesn't fire the cup at all. It has ruined the game. When in trying to be stealth, my gun will start firing without me pressing the trigger. Or, I'm trying to shoot someone and the trigger isn't working. I've tried different placement, cleaning the suction cups, pressing them very hard against my screen. Nothing helps. Still random fires and miss fires

Bleck!Some interesting features with these grips but they just don't work.Suction cups keeps falling off (yes the screen is clean)The default thumb joystick looks like it's going to scratch your screen really easilyThe secondary thumb joystick doesn't go far enough up so you can run (I possibly could have fixed this, but by then it wasn't worth my time).I do like the concept of the suction cups and triggers, but it's also a fatal flaw.Had to return them.And they looked like they might have been used prior to receiving them.

The handle attachments are the perfect design to attach snuggly on my Samsung Galaxy S8 WITH the phone case which doubles the thickness of the phone itself. The lower placement of the triggers are the most comfortable design I've found. I love the idea if the trigger suction cups as the profile of the cups themselves are small enough to prevent me from viewing all of my screen....and it would be the most perfect design for my PUBG obsession if those suction cups actually worked. I tried using them with and without the screen protector (not the glass kind but the plasticky ones) without any greater success with either.Eventually, I found a solution with scotch tape. I tear an inch of tape down the middle and tape down the suction cup portion only, not the whole thing. That seems to do the trick for elongated game play without concern for misfires or weapon malfunctions during critical battle moments.If it weren't for those suction cups, I'd be giving this review a full 5 stars. Redesign the effectiveness of the cup material and you'll have yourself a winner.

I saw this product that had a pretty good rating, also had few bad reviews but I figured every item out there will have a couple people that dont like it. Anyway I got the controller and nothing on it works. The suction cups wont stick to screen and both trigger buttons only work when they want to, which is about 1 out of every 10 times you use it. Only thing this controller is good for are the handles which make holding the phone a little easier. But the customer service was good. They actually contacted me first and was willing to make things right and give me a refund for the controller and made sure I had refund within couple days which is why they got 2 stars.

I'm using this controller to play only one game right now (pubg), and the response from the triggers it's great, also I don't have to remove my phone's case to use it.***NOTE*** if you are unable to make it work with your cellphone there is something you could try before tossing it away...> Change the screen protection (some tempered glass protectors are too thick).> Loosen the clips (it doesn't need to press hard on the suction cups for them to work, use the clips only to help them to stay in it's place)

I usually play Fortnite on console but I downloaded it on my phone and missed the experience of the controller and triggers. I was excited to find one decently priced with what looked to have nice grips and triggers. The grips were great but the trigger connectors that attach to the screen were annoying and inconsistent. Sometimes they would work but most of the time it wouldn't perform correctly. Since they are suction cups they would disconnect from the screen too easy especially during intense combat and build fights.

i love the product is amazing it works great, but the only problem i have is about every 10 to 15 minutes during the game the suction comes out and i have to put it back in again and it starts shooting or aiming non stop i have to close the app and is a mission but when it stays on is amazing.My question is do you recommend anything so it doesnt come off when im playing?

It works perfecting on aiming and firing . But you will see the result once you get use to it . It will allow you to eat chicken easily...great product.
