hard to wear and adjust
The brace is good but it is very hard to adjust by yourself. You really need someone else to help you. When you get the brace tight enough to use, the straps are very tight under your shoulders making it very uncomfortable to wear for a long time.

This brace ended up helping me with my bad shoulder, luckily it was comfortable otherwise I would’ve had a hard time keeping it on. Plus the positioning was just right. Would deff recommend :)
