(The Rico ' s brand cheese might be more expensive than others, but it's great tasting & worth it! ) **Q: Will it work in the el nacho grande machines** A: Yes, these work great in the Gold Medal Nacho Grande Cheese Dispensers. One is attached while the other stays inside in the warming tray so it's ready to change & serve right when the other runs out. The only bummer is that I've had two of the machines go out past the warranty dates. (I used these at my son's Jr. HS for the teachers & they LOVED nacho day all day long!) **Q: Each bag is 140 oz?** A: yes it is a real good price . I can get it at Ricos in San Antonio but only comes in 110 oz I think or120oz.
