O.C Cajun Sauce is a main sauce of Cajun Seafood. It's combined Vietnamese flavor and French influence to the basic Louisiana Cajun style. Basically, pour the sauce in the bowl, heat it up and toss with seafood after seafood boiling. Each jar can use about 2 to 3 lbs of seafood.

This sauce is so good! I made it at my seafood boil party . I poured the whole jar in a sauce pot, with 2 table spoons of salted butter and 5 table spoons of garlic and let it heat until it sizzles. Then I poured it all over the 2lb seafood and tossed it. Worth trying and friends loved it.
