I purchased a second one of these for my office after the first one worked so well. The second one however wouldn't fast charge my phone. I even played around with different phones to make sure it wasn't just mine

Zero stars: Crappiest knock off piece of bad product, I I HAVE EVER, ever purchased on amazon, Ive already sent them an email this morning. Although, I will never purchase from this seller again, nor will I deal with exchange or refund!!!! Im not giving them my time or money ever agin they can stick it where the sun don't shine!!!!I'd just like to kindly tell them to F***k off!!!! First of all, the fast charger and car charger are knock offs made in china. My original authentic Samsung charger was made tottaly different in quality. The one I received from this place is cheap thin plastic that could potentially catch fire if it did work, because there was no hard protective skin in the plastic mold. Also, I tried the fast charger on 4 samsung phones in which, NONE of them charged, all working connected phone by the way. Anyhow, that's all we use is samsung products in my home, even my washer and dryer is samsung, tablet, watch....ect..... I am so dissapointed!!!!
