It dissolves well, like any other hot chocolate. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***W on 15 October 2024* This stuff has a good flavor, my favorite is the Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows version but I’ve tried the Amaretto and Chocolate flavors as well. They’re good but all seem to clump up a bit if they sit un-stirred for like 15 minutes. I think this is due to the gelatin that’s in here, as a different protein hot chocolate I’ve tried doesn’t have the gelatin ingredient and it doesn’t clump up even after sitting for an hour. Not 100% sure though. Also, I’ve purchased this brand/product 8 times now and every single time the product’s box packaging shows up all smashed up (photos attached). In the past this product was packed in an Amazon bag instead of a box so I thought maybe it took a beating from being packed in the warehouse and jostled around in the truck while in transit to my house, but this time it arrived in a box and was still smashed up, so not quite sure what’s happening to the packaging haha.
