MUST HAVE!!
This is the best I have ever used. The tape is a cloth based with a nice adhesive that sticks very well but doesn't leave a residue. The film is thicker than other brands and holds up well to foot traffic. Great for drywall as this tape handles the texture surface and leaves a perfectly straight line. This was also used around the sliding door which was used several times and the tape stayed in place. Excellent product and will be buying this over any other product I have previously used.
