The new cartridges do not register as Full with the HP printer. It has something to do with the chips the seller uses.I contacted seller but they simply had me remove them and try again. Not helpful. UPDATE: after my one star review, the company contacted me and offered to send me new cartridges in exchange for an updated review with a four or five stars rating. I accepted. The new cartridges have different electronic connecting components compared to the first that I received. The new cartridges register as “full” with the printer.

I am totally disappointed. Bought the XL to last, and now, it is out of ink or something. It feels heavy, but will not operate in printer. Replaced it with another, and it worked perfectly. Does not feel empty like others, but it stopped operating. I am an 87 yr. old Korean Vet, very little usage and an XL should have been lasting for much longer. As said, it does not feel empty, but is not usable. Your return policy is a joke. You can not expect users to note a problem in a few months, especially when the home printers are seldom used. This product is amazing! I have been buying non OEM cartridges for printers for many years.I have tried many,many brands. I have bought the ink kits and filled them up myself. I have gone to the drug store where they used to have a filling machine and used them. Nothing has ever worked to what I considered a fair amount of time. Always too expensive for what you get.I use my printer quite a lot in my business. Usually a new cartridge, even the XL ones last two weeks, three max.These I ordered two of on May 28. I put the first one in on May 30, and used it regularly as normal. It is not July 23, and I am still on the first cartridge. I am seriously impressed.

Came as advertised. Shipment was right on time. It works perfectly with my HP Envy 5052- (it does bring up a little screen about print quality or alignment even after setting up the new cartridge for the first time, I just cancel it each time.) - Works perfectly.A great deal, I needed ink for my college term because I like printing physical copies of my work and instructions just in case if for some reason I can’t access my work online.For two XL cartridges, this is a generous deal - Just make sure for a fact they match your printer - They give all the information for what printers these cartridges work with.Hope this helped, thank you.

I have purchased these ink cartridges and used them fairly regularly. There is one small problem. For some reason my printer thinks there is a problem and requires me to open and close the little door to the ink cartridges each time. I think that it is probably a problem with the printer, though it could be because this is 3rd party ink. However, they work well enough. They might not last quite as long as the official HP ink, but considering the price difference, they are worth it!

I had no problem using these cartridges in my HP2652 Desk Jet. I will buy them again for sure because the value is great. I can also say they work as good as the original HP cartridge and for some reason it seemed to last longer than the HP original cartridge.

I am very pleased with these re-filled ink cartridges. They install exactly like the HP ones and are FAR less expensive. They last at least as long as the HP 65 XL’s and produce copies just as good as the HP, if not better. I am buying more.

I was skeptical about using a remanufactured cartridge in my printer, but now I feel silly for not doing it sooner. The quality is superb. So far, I even think i am getting more yield out of them than I was the new manufacturer brand. For the price, I definitely will be ordering again when I need more ink!
