Its a great lock, quick delivery and Fitting was simple.

Well if it had worked correctly it would have been 5Stars. Its a nice quality construction, but the key would not engage with the levers or lifting pins in lock barrel. Very hit and miss in operation.Thank goodness I tried it before I had closed and locked the door, as on the seldom occasions the key did activate the lock, if the door was shut I would never been able to unlock and open the door.NOTE, This is not a fault of the seller, but a manufacturing issue.THE EURO LOCK HAS BEEN RETURNED TO AMAZON AND SELLER SEVERAL DAYS AGO, HOWEVER I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. THE TIME IT TAKES TO GET ACTION ON REFUNDS SHOULD BE WITHIN 48 HOURS ONCE REGISTERING A RETURN VIA AMAZON WEBSITE ON FAULTY GOODS.

Very hard to line the key up. At times I had to use 2 hands and that's without having had any alcohol.

Was easy to install once new holes created to upgrade from a more standard keyhole setup

Wow was so easy to fit - done in 10 mins. Bit of a scare as first time with flat keys - couldn't get them in the lock at first and was cursing the lined them up properly! :) Perfect fit unlike old cylinder which needed a few hard taps to get in and out. Feeling much safer with all the extra security features - contractor had fitted a much longer lock 10 years ago so lucky was inside porch as vulnerable to snap attack. Highly recommended product.
