Turf Toe Straps Heavy Duty 10 pack

I’m new to turf toe! My doctor said it’s basically a sprained big toe. I’m used to just slapping on some type of ace bandage for a sprain on my body, but how in the world do you brace a big toe? Well, this little bandage is the solution! These are amazing! They held my toe in the correct place and would not allow it to move in the direction that would overextend it as it healed. The adhesive is very strong and can last all day even in athletic shoes. I’m amazed and highly recommend this if you have issues with turf toe!

Bought these after I fell and tore a tendon in my big toe. This strap works pretty good and is very comfortable. There are no instructions, so go look at some You Tube videos on taping a turf toe to get an idea of how to use it. The wrapping pieces are not big enough to use to buddy tape the big toe to the second toe, which would be by only complaint. Otherwise, they stick very well, are quick and easy to apply and work well - not as well as a full detailed taping, but adequate and more convenient. They are pretty sticky, and you MIGHT be able to get two days out of one tape, but I have not tried.

Received my straps in the mail without instruction so I followed other reviewers and went to YouTube and found a video with simple instructions. Admittedly I wasted a couple straps trying to put it on without instruction and it did nothing for myself until I saw the instructional video . This product has made the biggest difference in my foot/toe (I’ve suffered w/ very inflamed turf toe for 5 years) and I’ve had little to no pain since wearing them. I’m not sure why this product works so well when it just feels like tape on my foot and I feel no tension no real support, but it does work beautifully. Makes putting off surgery a little longer definitely doable!

works for turf toe but almost painful to pull off. I cut several inches off the length so I could pull it off easier. It sticks so well that it does not even come off in the shower. After a few showers it will loosen enough that I can remove it without taking off a layer of skin. That said, it does help turf toe pain.. Paper tape would probably also work and be cheeper.

Did not work at all. Adhesive does not stay even when foot it dry.

I broke one of the Sesamoid bones in my foot, and have pretty bad pain any time I raise my big toe. These straps have been PERFECT because they keep my toe immobile. They don’t come with directions, but like the other reviews suggest you can easily YouTube videos for instruction if you type in “tapping turf toe”, etc. I’ve already ordered more; my only complaint is they are slightly costly since I have to change mine daily to keep them tight. Other than that I love them!

I purchased this for a turf toe injury. They are poorly designed with only one anchor point making them ( and probably all the other turf toe straps for that matter) ineffective. Save your money and buy a roll of sports tape which does work. There are plenty of instructional videos showing how to tape turf toe.This may have use for someone who is unusually inflexible and can’t reach their foot to tape. These would be better than nothing.

I have only been using the strips for a couple of days but they are drastically easing the pain from the start so I am very happy. It would be nice to add directions and they only last a day because once their wet they are done. But the strips are very effective
