He has it for 10 years already at his house. It works great. We placed this in a dining room. It is very warm a cosy. There is nothing better than to walk barefooted on a warm floor. It was easy to install too. Review: Heater failed in 4 months! - These worked ok for about 4 months. They take extremely long to warm up if placed on concrete under the floor you decide to install. Now one of the mats I installed no longer works. I noticed it was not heating up then I took a meter to it and noticed there is no current draw while T-stat is on. This is a major bummer since I would now have to uninstall my finished floor to investigate. Really disappointing.
