FOOS - 15° Profile Router bit - 1/4” Shank - Premium Solid Carbide

Used a 1/4 inch trim router to trace lettering printed on paper and taped to the wood surface. Used this bit to trace outlines and another end mill bit to recess the letters inside the outline. This is the first time I tried this freehand. I do not have a CNC. I am thrilled with the results.

This bits sharp.the small profile let's you cut out small lines with excellent lines.no tearing or burning the wood.ive only use this bit twice so how long it last I don't no but I think a good quality.

Router bit has been great so far on the 5 projects I’ve completed. Has been put to use since day 1 and no signs of slowing down. Would purchase again.

Haven't got to use it that much yet. But from the few projects I have it has got the job done.

used this profile bit for over 24 hours in maple, oak and ash. not one problem so far, still cutting like it did the first hour of use.

Worked well on first use. All I can say for now.
