The device comes in a cardboard box with a very simple design. Inside there is have the TV Box and the rest of the accessories are located in the bottom under a cardboard cover. There is a fairly simple manual with the first start up steps, an HDMI cable, IR remote and a 5V / 2A power supply with round plug.Right side: Two USB 2.0 & one USB 3.0 connectors.Front: Clock/timer/display.Rear: HDMI, AV, OPTIC, Ethernet & PowerLeft side: Micro SD slot & Reset button.This device is running Android TV 8.1.0 and is an interesting product thanks to the 4GB of RAM installed on the motherboard and a very fast storage memory that makes the system run with great speed. An awesome android TV box, I do not have 4K TV but I do have a 1080P 65" TV and it looks amazing when playing streaming content from NetFlix or other online providers.

I bought this device with the intention of replace an old Android TV I have.Since day 1 I had problems.Software issues:First, I couldn't write on an external pen drive. Tried 128GB, 4GB, NTFS and Ext2,etc, and despite being recognized by the system, I just can read it.Then I was able to install an external plug in in order to solve this issue, partially.I think the problem is because the device is not rooted, so you can't write on external memories.Also there are some apps that cannot be installed on this version of Android, they are not compatible.You do not have much configuration choices on this Android version, so you can't try many configurations. You have some few options.Hardware issues:This is the most critical problem I have. The wifi is not working. It does not connect to my wifi and when it does the speed is a torture.Another big problem I've detected is that in each restart you'll have a new mac address.Since I have mac protected enabled, I need to re enter the new mac each time the device is restarted.I tried disabling this option in my router, however, the connection issue still persist.So, now I'm using it with an ethernet cable, had the pendrive formated and used as a internal memory and it is working as expected.I thought it would run apps be very fast due to its big ram memory but it is just fine.I got a partial refund from the seller, which was always keen to help me in every moment.I do not recommend this product if you want to use it via wifi or to work as a NAS.

I have received my product and test it and below is my review:Pros: Fast, enough RAM and storage, nice design, works great with external mouse and keyboard and almost it do what ever I need it to do.Cons: I was facing some issues when I was trying to run Netflix and using microphone voice commands, and after doing some research I have found that this devise are not running an Official google android OS but it is running a rooted copy which could be identified by google and Netflix. Also if you turn off the unit from the remote control you will not be able to to turn it on again unless you unplug/plug the power cable. Unit become very slow if you connect it with an external hard drive. finally the unit has been received with some scratches on the LED screen as other users has reported in their reviews.

The picture looks excellent, but after 1/2 - 1 hr watching YouTube I noticed that the picture distorted.I switched to Roku to check whether a source of movie on YouTube is OK. And it was good. AT this moment all shows I tried to watch on this Android Box have same issue - the distorted picture. I checked and realized that a temperature of CPU is very high, hence the overheating problem. I had to return the box.

Works great but if the box turns off it cant be turned back in with the wireless remote. I need to unplug the power cord at the back and plug it back in

Its very very laggy and slow its even play YouTube at 720 only if you looking for a godd android tv box this is not what you looking for

I've been wanting a smart streaming device for quite some time. I cam across this one and decided to try it out. First off, I do wanna say that the company was very responsive and helpful. I had some issues with the product and they were able to resolve them quickly.I'll start with the pros of the product.Pros: Its light, small, compact design looks good beside the TV. It's very fast and responsive. It does what I need it to, plus more.Cons: Upon receiving the TV Box, I opened it up. Everything looked good, except for there was a scratch near the LED Screen. After hooking everything up, I noticed I wasn't getting any sound. I soon figured out why. I hooked up my optical audio from my tv box straight to the reciever. I wasn't sure why I wasn't getting sound through the optical audio so I emailed the company. They emailed back and said they would have a software update in a couple days which would fix the problem. I updated it and seemed to fix the problem, although sometimes when I'm watching something the audio cuts out for some reason. The other thing I wanted to address was the apps. After the firmware update 3 of the preinstalled apps were gone. I ended restoring the TV Box to factory settings and that seemed to solve the problem. Anyways, after much hard work I finally got my android tv box where I want it to be. I hope it keeps working for a long time, because I it works good for what I need it to. For all those that are curious about buying, I would recommend, with the caution that you might have difficulties setting it up at first
