Work it and they're worth it.
These are great but you have to work at it a bit and find the right shoes. I tried on every ankle high shoe I could find at Nordstrom Rack and found a few pairs that would work. Chuck Taylor converse ankle highs worked when I bought them a size bigger and used only one level of the kit. The canvas gives enough for the top of my foot to fit and still feel comfortable. Ecco also makes a dressy above the ankle shoe that I had to buy 2 sizes bigger to fit with both levels. But the bigger shoe just makes me look taller and isn't awkward. It's worth the work--looking other men in the eye for a change.

Definitely use it with a shoe 1 size larger than you normally wear.
I really like it. I didnt follow their advice about using it with a shoe/boot one size larger than normal, and paid the price. But that is my fault, not the product. I am 5'10, and it is really weird what an extra inch, inch and a half will do for your confidence.

Better than expected
This is obviously not a permanent solution to being taller, but it is in fact a fun one. To make the hi top insoles work properly you must have shoes that have decent ankle support or your feet will pop out of the shoes. I'm not even short and I bought them because why wouldn't you want to be a little taller and be more comfortable walking around? Nataurally 6'0 but with them on 6'2 . I wear supra society shoes with these insoles since they perfectly go together.

Bad return policy n product flaws
Red portion's tabs, that hold the red to the black, broke right away and this company has a strict return policy. Be prepared to pay the shipping back AND fr them to ship it back to you after they tell you they cant refund ur money. This can NOT be used in normal shoes. The back of your shoe would need to be higher (use a ruler n measure the inside heel height of ur normal shoe, take the difference from the insert) AND the middle of your shoe would need to be stretched out for the decrease in room. I recommend just buying shoes with the inserts already designed in; those companies taken into account these two problems.

Great product, does increase height but with a caviet
This product is amazing. It really does add 2 inches to your height.Just keep in mind: you need high tops that are bigger than you would normally wear. My feet get pushed out so far when I wear them that it can sometimes look awkward. Keep this in mind when buying new shoes you want to use them in and get some that are a little too big

Sizing is not Accurate! Buyer Beware!
Ahh Should have trusted the reviews...these DO NOT fit up to size 10 in Mens--they fit at MAX a size 10 in womens which is an 8 in Mens. Here is what the listing says: **Pre-Marked sizes on toe are perforated trim to fit Mens Size 7-10** So I will be returning these to get a different pair. You would think that they would have changed the listing to be accurate by now with all the 'size' issue reviews, but obviously, they have not.

Liftkits is the only height increaser I use. Best worn on boots for maximum 2 inch increase usage. On shoes you may have to do with the single insert. Great quality. Lasts a long time and very comfortable. Can also be trimmed to fit smaller shoes as necessary. Go GET IT!
