Good buy, great taste!
Excellent value, good taste, nice and thick. I do put coarse ground pepper in it and sometimes a little hot sauce, just to diversify the tastes but honestly it stands on its own as well. As far as price is concerned, it's definitely worth the money.

Quick to make.
Liked the flavour but had to use a bit more than recommended to get it thicker. Nice that it isn't too salty. Also used it to thicken chicken type stews.

Great as a base and low calorie but cost now a huge factor for me to purchase
I have purchased this product many times and used as a base to make a quick and light soup.Eg. By simmering veg in water then adding the soup mix directly to the warm saucepan. Works better than adding cold I have found.Gives a good base flavour and texture, however the price has jumped up by 50%, therefore I will try the leek and potato and update on there as 2/3rds of the price.I have used this over a 6 month period and powder has been in good condition

This is absolutely cracking chicken soup mix, it's wonderful for 'watery' soup (when on a hike), creamy chicken soup and as a base for chicken + <whatever> soup.My only downer on this - having come back to it 3 months after my purchase - is the price. In Nov 23 I paid was £20 whilst now (Feb 24) it's on sale at £24, this 20% price increase in just three months is appalling IMHO.

Bland taste, unlike chicken.
I only just got around to trying this and tbh it's not worth the money. The chicken soup, unlike the potato and leek, is nothing but powder. There's no dehydrated pieces of chicken in it, and tbh it doesn't taste like chicken. I'm not sure what it tastes of. It's not unpleasant, and to make a hot drink on a cold day it's fine, although I think a cup of hot oxo would be more welcoming and tasty. I have to use it now so I may use it for making stock and hot drinks. I am disappointed though.

Chicken is just one of these flavours you can always rely on and it sure works out a lot cheaper than those expensive tins from supermarket!

The MOLLE sheath is of exceptional quality. Very happy with my purchase.
Portion = 170ml. 102g Product + 1.7 litres water = 10 portions, entire pack + 34 litres water = 200 portions. 1) Ensure the product is well mixed before weighing out. 2) Stir the required amount of soup mix into cold water. 3) Bring to the boil, while stirring. 4) Simmer for approximately 4 minutes, whisking occasionally. 5) For best results, whisk thoroughly before serving. 6) Unused prepared portions must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
