The Gay Kama Sutra Hardcover – January 1, 1997

I bought this for a gay friend of mine, and he absolutely loved it. I stopped to read it with him, and I thought it was pretty insightful. Some of the stuff, I agree, is a little common sense, but it's presented quite well. It features some homosexual art and illistrations, and the way it speaks sounds caring and it's just lovely, I think. People expect the Kama Sutra to be sexually explict material full of positions and stuff, but it's supposed to teach how to make love, not just sex. This book does a good job of it.

You need to be gay to read it and I would very much recommend an open mind for some of us more conservative gays, It is a good book though

I got this book hoping to spark my boyfriend's and my imagination. However, this book offers no advice. It tells you basically everything you alredy know or will know as soon as you've been out for a year or two. The positions that they display could be imagined by any 14 year-old boy with a hormone surge. The advice on relationships and how to maintain them is good, but any guy with enough common sense to effectly and successfuly solve his relationship problems without the aid of Jerry Springer will not benefit from this book.

I purchased this book for the first time some number of years ago, and continues to be a great staple to my library. It is informative, and well illustrated and written.

When I bought it I thought it had a dense content about homossexual history as well as the practices during the sexual intercourse. It's good and interesting but it lacks of information.

Gave as a gift to a friend who is writing novels, one in which has a few gay experiences. Thought she should know how it actually happens. I reviewed it briefly and was satisfied.

I start to masturbate when I read this book.

An excellant book well planned and written, was an easy and quick reader once you got started. The explanations were very explicit and understandable. I think that a DVD made with the book in mind would be a compliment.
