Best case EVER
This case is hands down the best case I have ever owned! 100% waterproof. I live on a lake and this thing has been put to the test! I confidently carry it in the lake with me so that I can control my music from my raft and it also protects it while bouncing and playing wildly on my waverunner. The wrist strap is an asset, as I put it around my wrist and know that it's not going anywhere if it slips from my hands. I will be buying another when I get bored of the color and using it year round to protect from all the elements! I would give more stars if I could!

Poor design
The only negative I can say, is the "built-in screen protector" was nothing but flimsy plastic. It looked cheap on my phone. But I did reach out to the seller and they made good and issued a refund - so I was happy about that. They were very easy to deal with.

tough as nails
This is a very high quality case that can keep up with me as a dairy farmer. I put it through hell and yet my phone still looks like new under this case. Definitely worth every penny!

Appreciate the 3rd party seller making things right...
Did get the second case and the volume worked on the second one. Really think it was nice that they wanted to make things right and even though the sound is a little muffled it seems nice to take to the beach.. so overall I gave 5 stars because if fast services to make things right. Thanks

Difficult to hear through waterproof case - but that means it's sealed well.
Nice case and appears to be very watertight. Recommend you use wireless headset with it as to try and use the phone directly against your ear, makes it difficult for you to hear and it somewhat muffles your voice to the other person.

I found it bulky
I was bulky and not user-friendly in my opinion. I threw it in the drawer and left it there. I got a different case for protection.

Hard to hear phone call
When you put the case on the phone it's hard to type and you can barely hear your phone conversation. I will be returning! The protection is good and if I didn't have these issues I would keep the case and give better rating.
