My partner always complained of night time gasses which I had no control of during sleep. I was taking 2 tabs in the am and 2 in the pm and it did not work that well. I read another review and they recommended 3 to 4 tabs in the am and 3 to 4 in the pm. Once I started this routine very little to no odor!! My partner has not complained since.
