Every thing is good but the smell is pungent

Amazon as a service, they think you should track everything like who is the delivery partner and what all things they can pack together and whether they come to you home with all items and you should even ask whether they are planning to deliver anything else along with one they are delivering. As you are responsible for everything not Amazon. They only show you a portal to buy. That's all. Fantastic job Amazon, I just realized how useless is to call customer care as they have no sense to handle queries, they talk policies. If every customer start digging into policies then Amazon might stop working in India. There is a deliver review and it goes to deliver agents Amazon has nothing to do with it. You have to call about a missing item it's just not next to the item you need to learn using the tool so well to reach that option. If you don't know then you are not ift to use it as thus is exactly what the customer service agent says when you call them. How pathetic.. I order 100s of items in a month and when 2 went missing and call them they say we don't care. Well done Amazon.
