True Leaf Tea Organic Hazelnut Cookie Tea 2 OZ

A friend had purchased a black hazelnut tea for me that I really enjoyed, so I went on a quest for more hazelnut tea flavors. I had to give this one a try after reading rave reviews on it.The package arrived directly from the vendor, with instructions, a thank you note, and samples. Beautiful presentation!It's a lighter version, oolong with hazelnut and vanilla. It brews up cleanly in a large tea strainer placed in the cup. The oolong leaves are full, rolled tight like gunpowder tea and need some extra room to unfurl and breathe their scrumptious flavor into the hot water. Pieces of hazelnuts are part of the recipe. I've added pictures of the same amount of tea before and after brewing so you know that this really needs space to blossom.The flavor is light, refreshing, and subtle, a nice blend that I'm really enjoying. I'll be looking for more from this vendor.

This is my favorite of all the flavors of True Leaf Tea. But, to be honest I have not tasted a flavor I did not like. I have bought this multiple times online and at their store in Houston. I let my husband try this tea (who is an avid coffee drinker) and he loves it too!
