Self Inflatable Seat Cushion - Perfect for Airplane Travel, Stadiums, Bleachers & Theater Seats. Easy to Inflate/Deflate (Black)

This little pillow is now my constant companion. Bought for travel, it was the perfect size for an airplane seat, and while on the trip it stayed inflated when inflated, and rolled up easily when not. It can pack relatively flat without its bag; other times I used the bag. Now this pillow still stays inflated post-trip, every day, as I continue to use it around the house, moving it from chair to chair. I use it all the time because it relieves a lot of the hip bursitis I get from sitting. It rocks a little side to side, since I don't have it 100% inflated, but I think that's ideal: there's a little motion as I sit. Even while inflated, it's the perfect size to pop into an average tote bag and take to the restaurant or the library, which I increasingly do. Only one caution: it might not be big enough for a large person; I'm about 145-150 lbs.

I bought this to use on high school bleachers for my son's events, because I get intense pain under my "sit bones" (pelvic bones). I tried gel cushions and memory foam cushions but they did not provide any relief, and I only weigh 165 pounds. I wish I had tried this cushion first. It is not perfect but does provide support and I don't feel the pressure of the hard seats. I wish it was a couple of inches wider. It is well made and should last for years. It does self-inflate but the first time you use it, you might need to blow an extra puff of air into it to fully inflate.

I bought two of these cushions to use on a 16 hour non stop flight for my wife and myself, and we found this cushion to be quite comfortable. Airplane seats can become quite hard when sitting in them for so many hours, and this helped immensely. The size fit perfectly in the seat, was simple to inflate, and easy to carry in a backpack rolled into its carry bag. I highly recommend this seat cushion for air travel!

Great idea, putting memory foam inside. When properly inflated, it is comfortable, adjustable support and portabilty is good. Generally good concept, but it started leaking slowly right away and now, sitting on it for 10 minutes = time to re-inflate AGAIN :(

I have to agree with the two or three other reviewers that say that the cushion is a bit too small (length wise). I am not particularly tall at 5'11'' and my wife (5'6'') also felt that the cushions are too small. It is surprising to see that most people do not mention the size issue. The inflated dimension is more like 14 1/2 x 10 3/4 and it should be 14 1/2 x 12 or 13".

I purchased the large size. In all practicality it is under-sized and needs about 2+ inches on the width and length to be a comfortable inflatable that is utilitarian for most all purposes. As an airline seat, it will suffice, but around the house, in the car, sporting events, or most other applications it is just to short on both length and width. If you are a petite person, this might work (marginally), if you are over-sized, it is not what you want.Otherwise, the product seems well made. Just not functional for me.

I like the non-slip covering which keeps the cushion in place. The mat is thicker, but I find as I inflate it more it becomes more unstable for sitting, so I decompress it a bit for the best "fit".

I hate paying top dollar for theatre tickets, only to have someone tall sit in front of me, so this is the perfect inflatable pillow to solve the problem. It is made of a nice quality material with a nice fabric feel. The air valves work perfectly. To make sure that this pillow lasts for a long time, I store the pillow inflated, and deflate it only to store in my wife's purse on the way to the theater.
