### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time trying Ceylon, will be a staple for my family
*by T***L on 22 May 2026*

Great cinnamon. Not as strong as cassia but the flavor is a lot more nuanced and overall I prefer it. Since it’s not as strong I prefer to add a little bit more to recipes. I think both have their purposes in the kitchen, but I’ve read that this one (Ceylon) is healthier so I use it more often.
