Finally I have found a real satin thong that is accurate in size. I am a size XL and purchasing a size XL was perfect for me. The pouch is snug fitting but that’s what I would expect for a no-seam front.

Honestly, my balls hang out some times. it takes constant readjusting to make everything fit again. The material is high quality.

Not made correctly
Pouch is small but that's not the reason for the star it's more that the back part is not placed right on the underwear, it's a bit to the right which makes it uncomfortable and not ait right. Will change review if this is corrected.
