Save your money
I have tried several recipes and can never get anything from this machine other than a thick soup consistency. My Rival ice cream maker never had a problem with the same recipes, but after 20 years the motor died so I replaced it with this one. I wish I had saved my money.

no recipe book included!
I thought a recipe book would be included in the box! Nothing! I had to search for a strawberry ice cream recipe. I would not buy again.

Soupy icecream
Directions are horrible not sure on how if operates sometimes it makes icecream but most times you get soupy mixture
