Surprising results
I admit, I'm a total sucker for nutritional and herbal remedies. I guess I might be addicted to the placebo effect!? Anyway, I capped this up in 00 gelcaps, and started with one cap twice a day. I upped it gradually to 2 caps, twice a day and along with the Ashwaganda, coQ10 and,er, some stuff that starts with a "B", I am feeling a LOT of energy without the usual "buzzy" feeling that often comes with caffeine, taurine, or other "energizers." It will be a regular with me.

Delicious
This is my introduction to Shilajit and I find it delicious. I mix a little with almond milk or hemp milk each morning and noon time -- it's like slamming back an espresso. It's also good mixed with cacao.

Supplements
The product was delivered quickly and as described. I still haven't decided if it is beneficial and not quite sure I like the taste of asphalt.

Best
I think this is the best shilajit I've tried. It dissolves in water very cleanly, no gritty or sediment in the bottom. And when it dissolves it is golden and clear in color, indicating a high amount of fulvic Acid. And i feel the difference. This shilajit actually feels like it is working

Only 3%
OMG!! Wish I had noticed all the reviews are from the seller! I just got this and the fulvic acid content is only 3%. I have never seen such a low concentration of fulvic acid in shilajit before. I am very disappointed and will ask for a refund.I have noticed that when looking at Amazon Customer Reviews, this is included above all the reviews: "This review is from: Ultimate Superfoods Shilajit Powder (2 oz) (Health and Beauty)", including this review of mine that just posted. Apparently, this is a typo on Amazon's part and the other reviews are NOT all from the seller. As for the 3% fulvic acid, I have read in various places on the web that 3-5% IS typical, and any source touting 50% or more is adding fulvic acid to the shilajit, or just being dishonest. Please do your own research. Since this is an Ayurvedic herbal product traditionally purified and extracted, with few sources on the web, there are not a lot of great resources to turn to for researching shilajit. (One last word of caution, please be aware that RAW shilajit has not been purified and can be dangerous.)I apologize for these misunderstanding on my part. This product is a water extract of shilajit, standardized to 3% fulvic. I am using it, just day three, but I think I do have more stamina and less fatigue. And it tastes pretty good in my coffee. I tentatively change my rating to 4 stars and will post back in a couple weeks to update further.
