I bought this on the basis of positive reviews. My experience, however, was not positive. The bars look like a raw protein bar. They remind me of moist play dough. The flavor is off-putting. I expected a peanut butter flavor, but it has very mild peanut, not peanut butter flavor and tastes rancid. Won't ever buy these again. UPDATE: I received one of the original flavor Keto Watt bars in a subscription box. I knew I didn't like the peanut butter, but I thought I already paid for this, I might as well eat it. One bite and I spit it out. So disgusting. It had the taste and smell of alcohol. Granted it didn't taste rancid like the peanut butter, but it was horrible. These are #1 on my list of the worst Keto products you can buy. It seems you have to expect exorbitant prices and a lot less in quality and flavor in Keto products.

I first tried this bar through my keto krate subscription. Before I had even finished eating it I was online looking to order a case. They're delicious, the macros are great, and they're stable enough to be thrown in a bag for while I'm out running errands or while I'm out hiking for the day on a camping trip. I literally have one in my purse right now. These bars help me meet my goals and live a life free of excuses.

“Keto watt” is a pretty delicious snack for those on the keto diet who are looking for a soft, melts-in-your-mouth food bar that also satiates any residual hunger one may have while on the diet. The ratio of crunchy peanut to the rest of the buttery smooth bar is perfect and makes each bite an enjoyable experience.Although the ratio of carbs, proteins, and fats are not going to be perfect for every lifestyle (since it can vary quite drastically) I want to point out the thought that must have gone into this bar’s creation to be able to effectively match all varieties with a little bit of the missing macro on the side. Personally, I need to what a bit more fat along with this bar, which is fine because I usually follow it up with a Starbucks Grande cold brew with heavy cream and stevia.Although on the pricier side for a keto snack, I still recommend it for those who can afford it for a “cheat”-like experience like no other so far.

Most low-carb bars are full of artificial sweeteners and nasty ingredients. I've been paleo for 6ish years, so when I started keto, there was no way I was going back to all those chemicals. This is a clean alternative, that in my opinion, tastes great. You have to adjust your expectations based on what this is - you can't expect it to taste like your favorite protein bar that has 20+ grams of sugar. However, after following paleo/whole30 for so long, my taste buds are completely adjusted to non-sweet things, so I think these bars are great. I love that this gives me a little chocolate fix without the sugar. I work out on my lunch break, so I eat these bars as a late morning snack to get me through my workouts. I had low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised! Will buy again.

I was so looking forward to these, but I do it love them. They are pretty pricey for what you get. My box arrive and it looked like someone had sat on it. The bars inside are a little smooshed. These are very soft, but almost remind me of a soft dog food that we used to give our dog (it’s a long story, but I was 8 and it was a dare 😳). The bar gets stuck in your teeth. I will probably not buy these again, but I will eat the ones I have. If you need a fast snack with appropriate macros and you don’t really care about taste or texture, these are for you.

Very yummy, and in my macros. Didn’t give me any kind of insulin response (sugar high/crash). I don’t normally do peanuts or pea protein (so these aren’t really paleo, despite the label), but these taste better and have less of an effect on my blood sugar than any other keto bar I’ve tried.

These are by far my favorite keto bars. For Christmas I got myself six different brands and about a dozen variety. Was just trying to find something to keep with me through the day for when I just wanted something and didn't want to blow the diet. These pretty much taste like dessert. Every once in a while they'll be a small little pocket of oil around the nuts, but I'm totally used to it now and it doesn't taste bad at all. Maybe just like a nut oil. I'm definitely going to keep buying these!

I enjoyed the original KetoWatt recipe, but this new version is an improvement. Great peanut butter taste, less oily, not crumbly, not messy. The bars are still smaller than their packaging, in order to keep the calories at 200 and the protein at 4g. Though small, they are filling. I already finished my box and have ordered another!
