These work well, pleased with the price and the quality so far.
I just installed these and they work very well. The attached picture shows the size of the original 9005 high beam bulb that I had, and the new Sampino unit. The LED chips seem to closely match the filament location. In another one of the attached pictures, the high beam white lights are these Sampino headlights, the low beam projector output with the sharp cutoff are HID lights with 4300K color temperature. Compared to that, these look much whiter - probably whiter than 5500K.My car has a different set of bulbs for low beams and I don't really use the high beams much. I may have used my old bulbs maybe less than 30 minutes in 10 years total. Decided to get these LEDs to match colors with the low beams - the car had factory HIDs for low beams and yellow halogens for high beams. It looked odd with the color mismatch when I use my headlight flashers to let people in front of me. These are a better match.Make sure that you orient the LEDs properly. I have a reflector housing for the high beams, and in those housings, the LED chips should face left to right, IF they are at any other angle, your beam pattern will be horrible and it won't give you light where it's supposed to. Make sure to do some research on which way to orient them in your specific headlight housing before you install.I like the compact size, that it's designed to work with no fan (fans can fail). I haven't driven a lot with these and I don't plan to use them much other than to do quick flashes, and I think these would serve that purpose well. I like the white color - I specifically wanted to avoid blue ones, most of these show up at 6500k and these said they are 5500k, and they don't look blue to me. I also like the price and the lights themselves look well made. The LED mount part is thin and the chip locations match that of an incandescent filament. The biggest drawback of these is that the base/beam is not adjustable. I had to drill a new hole in the locking ring to make it orient the proper way (there's a removable screw under the rubber band which you can take off to reorient the ring). I took pictures of my mounting rings, figured out the angles then drilled holes at the right places using a small drill and smoothed them out with a dremel grinding tip. The screw has to be flush just like the original hole, and the rubber band should go round in a perfect circle (it won't fit the mounting hole if the rubber band or the screw juts out even a little bit). You can try buying those cheap LED base adapter rings if you accidentally mess up these base rings while modding.I can't comment about longevity - will update this review if anything changes. Until then, I think these are excellent value for the money and serves my purpose very well.

'12 dodge Charger does well
I replaced my factory high beam halogen 9005s with these LEDs. The factory hid low beam is a 5500k. These high beam LEDs are supposed to be 5500k, but as you can see in the jpeg the left HID is warmer where as the LED on the right is cooler. Either my HIDs are dimming and color shifting, or these LEDs are closer to 6000k-6500k, which is fine, I think they look great, but its not an exact match. As to plug and play, these fit behind the dust cover easily and the connectors tucked in behind the dust cover without a problem. There was no flicker, or error codes, no resistors, it was plug and play from the box...although the retention tab on the LEDs for the connection socket was on the wrong side as the positive and negative terminals were reversed, but as this connector is not a one-way-only type, I just flipped it over and the tabs just didn't get a mate to hold on to no big deal. It seemed fairly secure...especially behind the dust cover. I might be concerned if they were free standing not tucked in and use some tape or re-soldier the wire. Super bright, very well focused, a vast and worthwhile improvement over the halogens. Id be hard pressed to say that they weren't better then the HIDs. Weather today was 30°F and snowing, and they were instant-on with no issues.

A real 5000K but missing a couple features
The 5000K color temperature on these is so much better than previous 6000k-6500K lamps I’ve installed. Brightness is perfect - brighter than standard halogen but not so bright it creates a safety issue for other drivers. Two reasons this is a 4-star product:1) While these appear we’ll made and look great, longevity is a concern. LED longevity is all about thermal management so I’d like to see an active cooling fan but I was willing to compromise to get the 5000K color temperature.2) On my 1998 S10 these do not work as daytime running lights like the halogens. If there were a switchable hi/low feature depending on the voltage being sent to the lamp, I’d overlook the lack of a cooling fan and give these a 5-star. As it stands now, I will need to run the truck with the parking lights on (light switch in the middle position) during the day until I find a 5000K 9005 with a low/high voltage feature.

Good enough
It is not thr brightest leds but I use them for 19 suburban high beam, it does its job

Not bad for the price
Used these as high beams on 2005 accord coupe. They work great and install easy. They are very bright and I can see a lot better now with high beams. One of the bulbs was broken and we had to use electric tape to fix it. If it wasn't for that I would give 5 stars. They did make my radio slightly lose signal while they were on. I only noticed it in the country. My other lights did not dim or flicker. I may get some similar bulbs for low beams down the road.

Brightish, wrong color.
These went on easily, the pigtail made installation easy. The ribbed portion is plastic, which sucks. But you get what you pay for. The color temperature is definitely right at 6500k NOT 5500k. They're not nearly as bright as my HIDs on my truck, but they'll do.

Very bright and good color temperature!
Installed these on my 2003 silverado to reoomy halogen high beams, only needed a small modification to the headlight holder in order to fit, build quality seemed good, these were quite a bit brighter than the stock halogen bulbs and I noticed I was able to see the sides of the road more clearly as well as farther down the road. Very pleased so far and I will update how well they hold up.

Bang for your buck
I bought these for high-beams in my 2018 Honda Accord. They work fine. Has the average brightness of a high-beam. My only problem was that one of the lights would to fit properly. I had to go back and alter the light bulb so it would fit into my head light housing properly.
