Being a "stained glass" person before bead making, I was taught to only use cutting oil for the pistol grip glass cutter. The brand I usually buy was not available so I tried this one instead, and it is really good. You can tell the oil does its job as it makes the score much more precise, thus making the break easier too. It should make a kinda sizzle sound if you're scoring properly. I strongly recommend to use this product when cutting glass. If no oil or lubricant is used, I think it would be like finger nails on a blackboard.. Thumbs up, I really love this glass cutting oil!

The media could not be loaded. This oil works to make your glass cutter work better and last longer, but its a bottle of oil. There isn't much to say except that it works.

Haven't used it yet but trust it will helpful in making clean glass cuts.

This is the first time I have used a glass cutting oil as I have always submerged the glass in water or had it running on it. It took me about 30 minutes to go through a votive cup with silica everywhere in the water. I used a diamond cutter and this cutting oil and went through an other one in less then a minute and the oil just seemed to roll up the particles into a "glass worm", with the cut area smooth. Love it, will use it on many more projects. It is expensive for me but used so little of it that is may still be worth the price.

Dry cutting with steel wheeled glass cutters is a very bad idea because glass particles are harder than steel. So if you use a steel cutter, use this oil. It will do a fantastic job. If you wanted to, you can just brush a little bit on the cutter wheel before use. Many glass art professionals don’t even use the self oiling thing and just dip it in a small cup of oil. If you are looking for oil, this by far is the best one out there.

I bought this in conjunction with a new glass cutter and I am very satisfied. Made a huge difference in quality of cut. Also, received product in a reasonable length of time.

I planned to use this product for the bottle cutter which I has not used. I did used it to cut a large sheet glass with straight and curves cuts. it makes a cutting the glass smooth and clean. The cuts are long in length, so it uses a fair amount of oil. I then switch using water as the lubricant and save the oil.
