When I pour from the bag, my guesstimating is all over the place and often the bag gets away and... significant loss! The solution is pre-filling these containers, which at 16oz are the perfect size and perfect quality for the task at hand. Re-filling tip: in a large sink, use a tall rubbermaid pitcher and pour from the bag into the pitcher. The pitcher allows a highly controlled pour into each container. Any pour from the bag is difficult to control, but with a pitcher you won't mess up or even lose a granule. And when the inevitable baseball size, or bigger, clump plops into the pitcher, pause and bust it up with a knife or large fork.
