Very high priced for .34 ounces
I'm normally not the guy who will tell everyone how I think, but I'm sorry; after half a day of roaming around the city and using this stuff frequently--my .34 ounce bottle containing only 10% active ingredient, which is "Benzaliconium Chloride" was empty before the day was done. I understand it is alledged to be "long-lasting" however, there is not time chart comparison to tell the user exactly how much longer this .34 ounce bottle lasts when compared to a similar size bottle of hand sanitizer, which can be purchased for under $2 at almost any store. Since the manufacturer does not provide a comparison, e.g., a squirt of "P-----" in the palm of the hand, vice a spray of Nano Pure--how long does each last. So, here is my analysis. Since there are no comparative data, I'm going to say that neither is any longer-lasting than the other. Both need to be replenished routinely if you expect to sustain a barrier of protection. So the major issue here is COST. You can purchase a pack of 6 each 2-ounce bottles of the hand sanitizer listed above for $16.03, here on Amazon. That is a cost to the user of $2.67 per bottle, and I have no idea how much active ingredient is in that 2-ounce bottle. However, the active ingredient in Nano Pure is "Benzaliconium Chloride," (BC) a preservative. This preservative is antibacterial, yet it constitutes only 10% of the product by volume in the .34 ounce bottle of Nano Pure. This means we are paying $3 for each bottle in the ($11.99 4-pack) plus shipping, which was an additional $3. Therefore, it takes over 3-bottles of Nano Pure to equal 1-ounce of active ingredient, meaning germ-killing power. Basically, this means we are paying $9+ dollars per ounce of BC. EXPENSIVE!With a little bit of looking around, I found a 1-gallon bottle of BC, that's right, an entire gallon of the active ingredient for just over $20. That equals .16 cents per ounce. Holy cow!So, my frugal cost analysis tells me I can buy a refillable .34 ounce bottle online for around $10, and 1-gallon of BC for $20, which I can then fill and use, and fill and use--you get the idea. So, my advice is to forget Nano Pure, and just buy your own hand-sanitizer kit (refillable .34 ounce bottle, and 1-gallon of BC antiseptic) and keep your hands, skin, and wounds clean for a very long time.DISCLAIMER, I do not work for a competitor of Nano Pure, and, let the buyer beware. While I have told you what information is available online, you should do your own research. What I can tell you, is, I just placed my order for a 1-gallon jug of BC, and refillable glass and brushed aluminum bottle.

Compact
I like this for on the go use. Nice and compact. It fits in my pocket or purse. I wish I could find refills, though. I hate using and then tossing the dispenser.

Used it on two cruises and no sicknesses
This stuff is awesome! We use it every time we go on a cruise and have never caught so much as the sniffles. My husband is the type of person that can catch something just by looking at someone who is sick. So I was really nervous about him getting sick on or after a cruise with thousands of people and people touching things, but we've been twice now and no sickness. We use this religiously every morning and in the evening after we shower and before dinner and the shows.

This 21st century disinfectant really does do a 24 hr job. We have used it for 4 yrs and have not gotten sick. It doesn’t dry out your hands likethe gels do. It is great that they have a smaller and larger size.
