Product seemed great initially. After a while slowly my baby begins to accept the straw but suddenly the straw won’t stay attached to the valve piece. So my baby suddenly is crying when she is trying to drink from it and I don’t understand why. She wasn’t getting any milk and is now discouraged after all of that work and time put in practicing. Also it is worth noting that I have ALREADY reached out to the company TWICE with no response! as the first time I ever cleaned it with the brush included in the packaging the wire tip punctured the straw! It was still functional and I decided to let it go when no one replied to me the first time.
