Review: Sattes Schwarz und makelloses Finish – Gewohnte Top-Performance auf dem A1 - Schwarzes Filament gehört bei mir zu den absoluten Dauerbrennern im 3D-Druck. Da ich mit SUNLU bisher durchweg gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe, fiel die Wahl auch diesmal auf das PLA+ in Schwarz – und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Drucksetup & Vorbereitung: Gedruckt wird bei mir auf einem Bambu Lab A1 mit einer 0,4 mm Standard-Düse. Wie bei all meinen Rollen halte ich mich auch hier an meinen festen Ablauf: Das Filament geht vor dem ersten Druck für einige Stunden in den SUNLU S2 Trockner (mit leicht reduzierter Temperatur, um das Material zu schonen). Nach dem vollständigen Auskühlen in der Box geht es direkt auf den Drucker. Das Ergebnis auf der Druckplatte ist einfach hervorragend: Verarbeitung & Druckbild: Das Schwarz ist richtig tief und sattschwarz, ohne diesen billigen Plastikglanz. Die einzelnen Layerschichten verschmelzen mit der 0,4 mm Nozzle so sauber miteinander, dass die Rillen bei fertigen Bauteilen kaum noch auffallen. Haftung & Toleranzen: Auf der PEI-Druckplatte haftet die erste Schicht absolut perfekt, ohne dass die Ecken hochkommen (Warping). Der Durchmesser von 1,75 mm ist absolut gleichmäßig, was sich in einer extrem konstanten Extrusion zeigt. Wicklung: Die Spule kam gewohnt sauber aufgewickelt an. Kein Überkreuzen der Stränge, die Rolle läuft auf dem A1 butterweich ab. Materialeigenschaften: Die PLA+ Mischung zeigt auch hier ihre Stärken. Utilizei este filamento em várias impressões e fiquei bastante satisfeito com os resultados. Chegou bem acondicionado, sem sinais de humidade, e imprimiu sem qualquer dificuldade. O PLA+ apresenta boa resistência, excelente adesão entre camadas e um acabamento muito agradável. Não tive entupimentos nem falhas durante a impressão. Um filamento fiável, com boa relação qualidade/preço, que voltarei a comprar.
