I made a frozen pizza in it on 400 degrees for 22 mins, then turned it off. As i stepped to the side to cut the pizza, the inside glass of this oven door exploded and shot glass across my kitchen. This would have been highly dangerous if my children were in the kitchen at the time. I contacted Amazon immediately and they issued me a full refund. I was hesitant on purchasing this oven because of the lack of reviews and I didn't know much of anything about the Hyaki brand.I have been pleasantly surprised with the amount of function this oven provides, especially cooking with convection, and it really looks great with the rest of our new black/stainless steel appliances. My only complaint is that it seems to take longer than I would guess for a modern oven to reach 400°+. That said, we've cooked with it probably 3-4 times a week for the last 4 months and I'd trade the ridiculous price for other name brand wall ovens for waiting a few more minutes for the oven to warm up in a heartbeat.A couple random notes: The LEDs on the display are red, which is slightly weird given most I've seen are green. But, I really don't care.
