I bought this to monitor my teens online activities. It installed easily & seemed user friendly. I was very excited to start using it. However, it soon started to do odd things to my comp. My letter keys would make numbers and my number keys either made symbols or just didn't work at all. When I went into the program just to see what I could learn, the only thing that had worked was the screen shots. The key logger just gave random symbols. I shut it all down & haven't used it since. Highly disappointing. Trying to find something new now.

I installed this product on a windows vista PC. Installation was very smooth and everything per Amazon descriptions worked. The only thing I did not like is that the screen shot can only be saved upto 1Gb. 1GB storage size for screen shot is too small so I have to check it very frequently otherwise the previous day's screen shot could get erased.

I love this product. It done exactly what i needed it to do. It is a little outdated now. But they have newer versions which I fell should be just as good.

Ok; this program takes almost 30 minutes to actually start reporting. It is recording everything you just can't access it for a little while for some reason. I tell you this so you don't think (like me) that it isn't working.

Because i thought i would be able to see keystrokes but it doesn't record them. Other than that everything was ok

The product did work as advertised except I could never get the key logger to work. I just need something simple that I load to my computer and spy on my children with.
